By Vehicle from the Airport
On exiting the airport approach road, take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth ll (B36). At the second roundabout take the 2nd exit onto La Route de Beaumont (A12) towards Beaumont and St Helier. At the end of this road, at the junction, turn right onto La Route de la Haule (A1) and follow the road onto the dual carriage way. At the end of the dual carriage way at the traffic lights (The Grand Hotel will be on your left) keep to the middle lane and follow the traffic under the under-pass and towards The East and the tunnel.
On exiting the tunnel – take either route mentioned below.
By Vehicle from the St Helier Ferry Terminal
At the end of the ferry terminal approach road take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Filter into the middle lane heading towards the tunnel.
On exiting the tunnel – take either route mentioned below.
1) Most Direct Route (20 minutes depending on traffic)
On leaving the tunnel take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto La Route du Fort (A17). At the first set of traffic lights turn left into St Clements Road (A15) and keep to middle lane. At the traffic lights veer right in front of the newsagents shop and up Mont Millais (A6).
The A6 is quite a long road – at the roundabout take the 4th exit (basically turning right) into Princes Tower Road (B28) and at the ‘T’ junction turn right into La Rue de la Hougue Bie (B28).
Continue on the B28, by-passing St Saviour’s Hospital and the entrance to Queen’s Valley Reservoir on you right – shortly after the reservoir there is a road-sign on the right hand side pointing to Gorey and Anne Port. Take the next right after this sign and at the end of this short road, go straight across into La rue de la Pouclee et des Quatre Chemins. There is a signpost here pointing to Anne Port and The Dolmen. We are at the end of this road.
2) Most Straightforward Route (30 minutes depending on traffic)
On leaving the tunnel take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto La Route du Fort (A17)– look for signpost to Gorey.
Bypass the Co-op on your left and at the junction keep to the right hand lane at the traffic lights and go straight onto Victoria Road (B47) – keep on this road until you reach the coast. Turn left at the T junction onto La Grande Route de la Cotte (A4) – follow this road all along the coast until Gorey Pier (overlooked by Mont Orgeuil Castle). Follow the road around to the left onto La Grande Route de Faldouet (B70) and go up the hill bypassing the church on the right. At the top of the hill take the 1st turning on your right onto La rue de la Pouclee et des Quatre Chemins. There is a signpost here pointing to Anne Port and The Dolmen. We are at the end of this road.
