Adventure Activities
With Jersey only 9 miles by 5 we're spoilt with opportunities to get active, whether it's the golden sand of our south coast, surfing out west or the rugged north coast cliffs and everything in between, we hope you can find an activity to your taste.
Escape from Elizabeth Castle
A favourite with visiting school groups , Jersey Adventures provide this exciting activity involving Abseiling, archery and inovitive games all inside the grounds of a beautiful castle.
Abseiling
This challenging activity descending from a height using a rope is held at multiple locations around the island. The most common location is St Catherine's with a practice abseil of 5 metres before tackling the higher 25m descent.
Abseiling can also take place at Noirmont point and Mont Orgeuil Castle.
Blo-Karting
Take an exhilarating ride along St. Aubins bay sailing a Blo-Kart. Race your friends or hone your skills harnessing the wind! Jersey Adventures fleet of 3 wheeled land-yatchs take 10 minutes to master.
During your session you will learn the ropes on a smaller course, before being given the run of the beach within our designated Blo-karting area remit.
Bush Craft
The popular term for a wide range of wilderness survival skills. Bush craft allows participants to get back in tune with nature.
Sessions run from the Jersey Accommodation and Activity Centre.
Coasteering
Jersey Adventure's most popular activity and a must whilst in the island takes you exploring the coastline. Swim, climb and jump your way towards 'The Secret Beach'. Conquer jumps from heights up to 10 metres, explore tunnels and a venus pool on low tide trips.
Other Locations include: Coasteer Gorey (leisurely) and Gorselands (difficult).
Rock Climbing
The coastal granite rock formations in Jersey provide for some of the best rock climbing sites in the UK.
Although most are difficult to access, Jersey Adventures provide taster sessions at a couple of sites along Jersey's coastline.
Kayaking
The perfect activity to enjoy Jersey's pristine waters and picturesque coastline. Due to providing tours on a fleet of single sit-on-top kayaks, the minimum age is 16.
The most popular tour is the 'East Coast Expedition' leaving Archirondel Bay towards the iconic Mont Orgueil Castle.
