Over 30 years of professional experience, award-winning restaurants and a passion for freshly prepared food.
With more than 30 years' experience in professional kitchens, Derek has worked in award-winning restaurants, AA Rosette kitchens and catered for everything from intimate dining to events for hundreds of guests.
